These selections are generated by below few rules.
Each number will be different except mega ball or power ball.
Each number will be picked from different group zone such as "from 1 to 10", "from 11 to 20", and so on.
Odd and even numbers should be balanced as much as it can. For example, it won't have 4 or 5 Odd numbers or even numbers. They will be balanced between odd and even number as much as they can be.
These rules will ensure to get the ideal numbers for any lottery. Which might not be the winning numbers but it if proposing to have base standard winning numbers as they should be.

Each time you generate numbers, a new set of numbers is chosen at random with above rules.(Which are not quite random pick but the winning number picker is trying to normalize the numbers as much it can by putting above rules.)
No system of choosing randomly generated picks is better than any other system. Even though, the new AI or statics supported systems might have better probability which would be tiny fractional percentage better.
But the total winning probability will be almost same as just picking numbers randomly without any support.
